In 1911 plaatste Lope Alberdi een nieuw orgel in de kerk van de heilige Eulalia in Palma de Mallorca. Het oude orgel van de kerk uit 1732 werd overgeplaatst naar de parochiekerk van Lluchmayor. Het nieuwe orgel werd gebouwd met kegelladen, maar kreeg wel een mechanische toetstractuur. De registertractuur was pneumatisch. In december 1911 is het orgel in gebruik genomen. De firma Organería Española restaureerde het instrument in 1975. Hierbij werd de registertractuur geëlectrificeerd en is de dispositie gewijzigd. Op de lade van het Positivo is een open plaats, waar voorheen een Flautado Violón 16' heeft gestaan. Deze is waarschijnlijk op het pedaal geplaatst. Bij de restauratie zijn alle registerwippers vervangen door nieuwe, en werden ook veel namen van registers anders geschreven.
