- Jean Baptist Goynaut built an organ in 1753 for the Onze Lieve Vrouwe church in Lombeek. Pierre-Charles Van Peteghem worked on the organ around 1825. He changed the disposition and replaced several registers with new ones. In the course of the nineteenth century, the organ was further modified and adapted to the taste of the time by Pieter Hubertus Anneessens, who maintained the instrument from 1841. The Loncke firm restored the organ in 1972/1973. An attempt was made to reconstruct the eighteenth century instrument. Consultant was Jozef Sluys, organist of the cathedral in Brussels.
- In 2006, a new restoration was commissioned.
