  • In 1774 Aegidius-Franciscus Van Peteghem built an organ for the Sint Stephanus Church in Lippelo. He built an identical organ for the church in Malderen, which was dedicated in 1776. The reading that the organ had been acquired from the Dominican Church in Bornem is incorrect: it was newly built for Lippelo. The organ gallery was already built in 1766. Two organ cases have been placed on both sides of the window. These were made by Alexander Nuten. The left case, on the south side, is empty. The organ is in the right case, on the north side.
  • The disposition has altered slightly over time and an attached pedal has been added.
