The Loncke company bought the old organ from the Maricolen sisters in Loppem in 1979. This instrument was built by Louis Hooghuys. It no longer had an organ case and stood behind a decorative front. Using part of the pipework from this organ, Loncke built a new organ. This served for some time as an emergency organ in the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwkerk in Ninove. In 1982 it was placed on the choir of the Church of Our Lady of the Nativity in Waarmaarde. This organ was dedicated on April 18, 1982. The organ was played on this occasion by Mr J. De Bruyne.
