Het orgel van de Saint-Martin in Carvin werd gebouwd door François-Joseph Carlier in 1847. Het instrument is in 1937 door E.-A. Roethinger omgebouwd. In 1986-1990 werd het in de oorspronkelijke staat gereconstrueerd door Marc Garnier. Op 18 februari 1990 nam men het orgel weer in gebruik met o.a. een concert door Olivier Latry.
