- The organ in the Église Saint-Jean Baptiste in Herve was built in 1672 by an unknown organ maker. In 1741 it was expanded with a new positive ('Rugwerk') and an echomanual, probably by Jean-Baptiste le Picard. In 1888, Charles Anneessens converted the organ into a romantic style. The positive was decommissioned and replaced by a swell. Anneessens also made an independent pedal with two stops.
- Georg Westenfelder largely reconstructed the original work in 1978. He expanded the pedal to nine stops. Hubert Schoonbroodt was consultant for the work. In 1997 the organ was thoroughly restored by Georg Westenfelder and Mark Nagels.
