- In 1746 André Gregoire constructed an organ with one manual and attached pedal for the Stefanus Church in Millen. The instrument was expanded in 1812-1819 with a Positif by Joseph Binvignat. In 1855-1856 Pereboom & Leijser completely renewed the organ. From the old organ, the wind chest of the Grand Orgue was reused, as well as three registers.
- The organ had been out of use since 1967, because it no longer functioned and there was no money available for a restoration. An electronic organ was installed in the church. After many years, the organ was finally restored by Nys & Zonen in 2004-2007 and reconstructed to the situation of 1746 with the Positif from 1819 by Binvignat.
