De Aeolian Organ Company bouwde in 1914 een huisorgel voor een huis in Northport, Maine. Het instrument heeft elf stemmen voor de beide manualen, die naar keuze op het eerste of twee klavier kunnen worden gebruikt. Het is ook voorzien van een automatische speelmechaniek met behulp van muziekrollen. In 1992 werd het orgel geheel gerestaureerd door D.M. Leight & Co.
