  • In 1933, a new large organ was built for All Saints Episcopal Church in Worcester, Massachusetts, by the Aeolian-Skinner Company. The instrument was donated to the church by Lucy Rice in remembrance of her husband William Rice, and the organ is therefore called the Rice Memorial Organ. It was dedicated on Easter Sunday, April 1st, 1934.
  • The organ was modified by Aeolian-Skinner in the years 1940-1943, under consultancy of the organist of the church, William Self. During the years following several interventions were carried out by the company, ranks were revoiced and the bombarde division was revised. In 1963-1964 the instrument was enlarged with a new Antiphonal division and a Positiv division. A new moveable console was installed in 1967. A horizontal trumpet was installed in 1975 by the Berkshire Organ Company. All modifications were also financed by the Rice family.
  • Around 1998-1999, the organ has been renovated, and the Bombarde division was restored to the original situation. The Schoenstein company restored the complete instrument in 2007-2009.
