Het hele orgel staat in een zwelkast. Het is in gebruik genomen op 25 april 1929 met een concert door Charles A.H. Pearson uit Pittsburg. Het Windermere Masonic Male Choir werkte mee aan het concert. In juni 2009 is een restauratie gestart door Holtkamp.
