Het Hutchings & Plaisted-orgel van de First Parish Church in Brunswick, Maine is nog vrijwel geheel in de originele staat bewaard gebleven. Bij een restauratie in 1969 door Ray Douglas is de tractuur geëlectrificeerd en werd de Bourdon 16' van Swell als zelfstandige stem op het pedaal geplaatst. David Wallace herstelde de originele situatie in 1985, maar legde wel een zelfstandig pedaal aan met drie stemmen. De pedaalomvang werd vergroot van 27 naar 30 tonen.
