In 1979 bouwde Bigelow een orgel voor David Rothe, orgelprofessor aan de California State University in Chico. Het werd geplaatst in St. John's Episcopal Church, maar later verkocht men het aan de Roman Catholic Church. Het instrument is opus 1 van Bigelow. Alle registers van het tweede klavier zijn transmissies. Het pedaal bestaat uit twee reeksen pijpen, waarvan vier registers zijn afgeleid.
