In 1909 bouwde J.J. Binns een nieuw concertorgel voor de Albert Hall in Nottingham. Het vorige orgel, gemaakt in 1882/1883 door de firma Brindley & Foster, werd afgebroken. Veel pijpwerk is wel opnieuw gebruikt. Op 29 oktober 1910 werd het instrument in gebruik genomen met een concert door Edwin H. Lemare. De firma Brindley & Co. reviseerde het orgel in 1926. Een grote schoonmaak werd in 1973 uitgevoerd door Willis. Inmiddels was echter een grondige restauratie noodzakelijk geworden. Harrison & Harrison voerde deze uit in de jaren 1992 en 1993.
