De parochie van Saint Philip Neri in Louisville kocht in 1899 een nieuw orgel bij Auguste Prante & Sons. Het geheel mechanische instrument kreeg twee klavieren en vrij pedaal, met in totaal achttien stemmen. In 1980 is het door de firma Miller gerestaureerd. Door terugloop van het aantal parochianen moest de kerk in juni 1996 worden gesloten. Het orgel werd door bemiddeling van het aartsbisdom overgedaan aan de pas gerenoveerde kerk van de Holy Trinity in Louisville, waar tot dan toe nog nooit een pijporgel had gestaan. Het instrument is overgeplaatst door de firma Miller.
