In 1994 bouwde George Bozeman jr. een orgel voor Saint Anne's Chapel op het terrein van Marylhurst College in Oregon. Bij de bouw gebruikte hij verschillende onderdelen van een orgel van Hutchings & Votey uit 1901, gebouwd als opus 554 voor een kerk in Brockton, Massachusetts. Het oorspronkelijke plan was om een nieuw orgel te laten bouwen door de firma Möller. De opdracht werd in 1990 verstrekt, maar door het faillisement van de firma in 1992 werd het orgel nooit gebouwd. Hierna besloot men te informeren naar een tweedehands orgel. Via de Organ Clearing House kon het orgel uit Brockton worden gekocht. Het is afkomstig uit de South Congregational Church in Brockton, die gesloopt werd. Adviseur bij het orgelproject was Nancy LeRoi Nickel, Director of Sacred Music and Organ Studies van het college. Bozeman herbouwde het electro-pneumatische orgel geheel. Het kreeg nieuwe sleepladen, de tractuur werd mechanisch en ook is de dispositie geheel herzien. Het Positif is nog niet gebouwd. Het klavier hiervan kan worden gebruikt als koppelmanuaal. Behalve pijpwerk van Hutchings bevat het orgel ook een Gambe van Estey, eveneens afkomstig uit het Hutchings-orgel.
