Built by: Thomas Appleton (1840)
In 1840 bouwde Thomas Appleton een tweeklaviers orgel voor het blindeninstituut in Boston-Zuid. Het werd in 1864 verkocht aan de Baptistenkerk in Biddeford. Hierbij werd de klavieromvang vergroot van e''' naar f'''. In 1979 kochten John en Linda Shortridge het orgel. Na een grondige restauratie is het in hun huis geplaatst. In 1992 werd het instrument weer te koop aangeboden.
