- In 1905-1906 bouwde de firma Dalstein-Haerpfer een koororgel voor de Saint-Thomas in Straatsburg. Albert Schweitzer was nauw betrokken bij het ontwerp van het instrument, samen met Ernst Münch. Het orgel staat vrijwel geheel in een zwelkast, met uitzondering van de Bourdon 16' en de frontpijpen.
- Het orgel is in de jaren 1999-2001 gerestaureerd door de firma Blumenroeder.
