Tobias Gottfried Trost bouwde in 1694-1695 een orgel met één manuaal en vrij pedaal voor de Johanniskirche (Hospitalkirche) in Leipzig. Het werd met Pasen 1695, 3 april, in gebruik genomen. In 1742 is het afgebroken en vervangen door een groter orgel van Johann Scheibe.
