Tobias Gottfried Trost built an organ with one manual and free pedal for the Johanniskirche (Hospitalkirche) in Leipzig in 1694-1695. It was put into use at Easter 1695, April 3. In 1742 it was demolished and replaced by a larger organ by Johann Scheibe.
