- Het hoofdorgel van de Sankt Peterskirche is in 1616 geleverd door Daniel Hail. Helaas is er niets meer van het oude binnenwerk over. Abbé Vogler vereenvoudigde het oude orgel in 1805, maar dit werd in 1836 door Moser ongedaan gemaakt. In 1918 echter werd een geheel nieuw binnenwerk in de kassen geplaatst door Hans Mertel. Het koororgel van de kerk is in 1957 ook vernieuwd en met het hoofdorgel verbonden.
- In 2018-2019 is het orgel door de firma Mathis gerenoveerd.
