- Georg Friedrich Schmahl built a new organ for the Reichsabteikirche in Roggenburg in 1761. It was converted in 1850 by Anselm Roschmann. In 1905 the company Hindelang placed a new organ in the old cases. This was replaced again in 1956 by an organ from the firm Nenninger. Consultants in the construction of this instrument were Rudolf Quoika and Arthur Piechler. However, in 1985 it was replaced again by a new organ by Gerhard Schmidt. This organ was dedicated on May 8, 1986. During the celebration, Hans Maier played the organ. In the afternoon a concert was given by Günther Kaunzinger.
- In 2008 Stefan Heiß installed a new five-manual console. The choir organ is coupled to the fifth keyboard, an organ by Markus Riefle from 1995.
