  • The Basilique Saint Donatien in Nantes was built in 1872-1873, after a design by Émile Perrin in a Gothic Revival style. The building was dedicated on September 12, 1873. Louis Debièrre built an organ for the church in 1880-1881. This organ does not exist anymore. The actual instrument has been built in 1971 by Jean Renaud.
  • On June 15, 2015, the church was hit by a roaring fire in the roof. The remains of the organ were disassembled and stored. The church is expected to be re-dedicated in the spring of 2021.
