Het orgel in de parochiekerk van Escarène is in 1791 gebouwd door Antoine en Honoré Grinda, orgelmakers in Nice. Federico Valloncini voerde in 1873 een revisie uit. Het instrument werd in 1984 gerestaureerd door de firma Manufacture Provençale d'Orgues. Een nieuwe restauratie is in 2014 uitgevoerd door Michel Formentelli.
