Built by: Bertrand Cattiaux (2000)
In 1998-2000 Bernard Cattiaux built a new main organ for the Basilique Saint-Remi in Reims. The church hadn't had a main organ since August 1, 1918, when the old instrument - built in 1898 by Augustin Brisset - was destroyed by fire. The organ case has been designed by Jean-Luc Giraud. The case was manufactured by Yves Lehuen. In 2004 the organ was expanded by Cattiaux with a Flûte 8' on the Pédale. The Dulciane 16' of the Grand Orgue was replaced by a Bombarde 16'.
