- The organ in Stahlhille was built by Jacobus van Eynde for an abbey church in Bruges. It is not known whether it concerns the Dominikaner- or the Jacobijnerkerk. Josef II closed both abbeys in 1782. In 1785 the organ was relocated to the parish church of Stahlhille. Still at the old location, Andries Berger renewed a reed stop and added a Clairon 4' (bass) / Cromhoorn 8' (treble). Lambert van Peteghem increased the compass of the organ manual by six tones in 1791. Simon Gerrit Hooghuys maintained the instrument from 1831 to 1837. At that time he replaced the Larigot with a Flute 4' (bass) and Montre 8' (treble treble).
- After 1837, the Cymbal 2 has been removed. However, it was kept in the organ case, so that it could be replaced by Frans Loncke during a restoration in the 1960s. The Sesquialter and the Larigot were still missing. In 1973 Antoon Fauconnier drew up a reconstruction plan on behalf of the conservation of monuments. The manual keys of the organ were replaced during the restoration by keys of the Anneessens organ of the Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk in Lombeek from 1857. In 1993 the organ has been overhauled by Loncke.
