1523 Domenico di Lorenzo  new organ
1992 Pier-Paulo Donati  restoration

  • In 1523 Giovanni d'Alesio Unghero built the current organ case, which has been preserved undamaged. In 1773, F. Buonfiglio Vambré restored the furniture with great care. The interior has also been preserved almost unchanged. It was made by Di Lorenzo from Lucca. Originally it was a 12-foot organ, but the keyboard compass has been altered in later times. The organ is set up as an Epistel organ. The Gospel organ on the other side dates from 1628 and 1797, but has an interior by Carlo Vegezzi-Bossi from 1911.
  • In 1992, Pier Paolo Donati carried out a restoration.
