- Johann Onymus or Onimus built a new organ in 1734 for the Sankt Petrus-und-Pauluskirche in Ilbenstadt. The instrument has a beautiful baroque organ case. In 1930, Julius Hembus carried out renovation works, but het also modified the disposition. The Hillebrand company restored the organ in 1970. After the restoration, it was put back into use on July 12, 1970. During the dedication ceremony it was played by Heinz Seiler.
- In 2020 the organ was restored again by Förster & Nicolaus. The original specification has hereby been rebuilt in the style of the original work.
