- The large organ of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Oliwa was built between 1763 and 1788 by Jan Wulfs. In 1793, F.R. Dalitz enlarged the organ. The organ case and the prospect were designed by the monks Alanus and Gross. The organ was thoroughly renovated twice: in 1863-1865 by Friedrich Wilhelm Kaltschmidt and in 1934-1935 by Josef Göbel. In the years 1966 and 1967, the firm Kaminski restored the instrument, adding a new Positiv. The pipework of the Positiv is located in a separate case about ten meters from the large organ, to the right of the organ seen from the church in the transition to the northern side aisle. The small organ in the church's choir can also be played from the console. The manuals I and II of this small organ correspond to the manuals IV and V of the large organ.
- Twice, in 2000 and in 2010, work on the organ was performed by Zdzisław Mollin (Odry). A new console was installed in 2010. Furthermore, and a number of ranks have changed location.
