- The organ in Roquemaure is one of the few French organs from the seventeenth century that have been preserved almost intact. It was built around 1690 by the brothers Julien from Marseille for the Franciscans (Couvent des Cordeliers) in Avignon. It is unknown when and by whom it was transferred to Roquemaure. The organ case was made for the church in Roquemaure.
- Pierre Chéron restored the instrument in 1969, after which it was playable again. The Quoirin company carried out a major restoration in 1987-1988. Missing registers (Larigot, Cromorne and Voix Humaine) were reconstructed, the Nazard and the Cornet of the Récit were supplemented with new pipes, and the pedal was restored to its original state.
