De firma Van den Heuvel bouwde in 1994 een orgel voor Castle Shiloah te Dallas. Het orgel werd besteld door Joseph en Marla Mooibroek, die het in de muziekzaal lieten plaatsen. In juli 1994 is het orgel in gebruik genomen. Twee jaar later, in 1996, is het orgel verkocht aan de Church of the Holy Apostles te New York City. Het is overgeplaatst door Van den Heuvel en begin 1997 ingewijd.
