- The choir organ of the cathedral in Nantes was built in 1896 by Louis Debièrre. It had 24 stops, but was enlarged to 28 stops in 1926. Due to bombings on Nantes on June 15, 1944, the organ was heavily damaged. In 1945-1946 it was rebuilt by Georges Gloton, who enlarged it to 31 stops. On January 28, 1972, a fire in the church destroyed much of the organ. It was reconstructed by Jean Renaud and could be dedicated in 1993.
- On July 18, 2020, a large fire in the cathedral destroyed the main organ completely. The choir organ was damaged: the console was lost.
