- Het orgel in Crosthwaite Church in Keswick is in 1837 gebouwd in Londen door de firma Bishop & Son. Het werd over zee naar Keswick vervoerd, waarbij het niet veel had gescheeld of het was bij een storm verloren gegaan in Liverpool Bay. Het kwam via de haven van Whitehaven naar Keswick. Het orgel werd opgesteld op de westgalerij van de kerk, en had twee klavieren met achttien registers. Er was geen pedaal. F.W. Jardine verbouwde het orgel in 1866 en 1867 tot een drieklaviers instrument met pedaal en in totaal 31 stemmen.
- In 1885 wijzigden Thorold & Smith de opstelling van het orgel door de galerij te verwijderen. Het werd weer vergroot en had nu 41 stemmen. In 1920 splitste Jardine de kas in twee delen en werd de tractuur electro-pneumatisch gemaakt. Rushworth & Dreaper vervingen in 1968 de Oboe d'Amore van het Choir door een Larigot. In de jaren 1980, 1991 en 1998 werkte Pendlebury aan het orgel. De tractuur werd nu geheel electrisch gemaakt.
