In 1910, a new organ was installed by the Dekker company in the Gereformeerde Kerk B, Rijkmanstraat 12 in Deventer, replacing of a seraphim organ. The church building had been used by the Gereformeerde Kerk (Doleerend) since 1886. In 1929 this denomination merged with the Gereformeerde Kerk A with a building on Smedenstraat. This denomination was founded in 1834 as the 'Afgescheiden Gereformeerde Kerk'. In 1936, a larger new church was built in the Smedenstraat. The church in the Rijkmanstraat was called Oosterkerk ('East Church') since 1929. The Dekker organ was sold in 1936. An organ was built in the new church by the Spiering company.
