- In the years 1883-1885 the Harrison & Harrison company built an organ for Saint Peter's Church in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. The instrument was overhauled by them in 1900. A Violoncello 8' has also been installed on the pedal. In 1989, H.E. Prested carried out a restoration.
- The organ was sold in 2016 because of the closure of the church building. It was restored and installed as a choir organ in the Grote Kerk in Wijk bij Duurstede. The organ has been enlarged with two stops, a Clarionet 8' on Great and a Trombone 16' on Pedal. The Clarionet has been manufactured with an Oboe 8' probably made by J.W. Walker in the 19th century as a base. The Trombone comes from the organ of the Holy Trinity Church in Sutton Coldfield, that was dismantled in January 2018. This material dates from 1920 (from c°) and 1949 (C-B), manufactured by Hill, Norman & Beard.
- The dedication of the organ on its new location has been on November 2, 2019 with a concert, followd by a 'Wind Festival' with several concerts and activities.
