The Gereformeerde Kerk in Rottevalle was inaugurated on November 3, 1937. An electric unit organ was placed in the church at that time by the firm Valckx & Van Kouteren. During the inauguration it was played by Mr. A.P. Oosterhof from Leeuwarden, who had also been involved in the construction as a consultant. Because this instrument was in poor condition, another organ was built in the years 1996-2002.
