In 1969 the company Pels & Van Leeuwen supplied an organ for the newly built Gereformeerde Kerk in Doorwerth. The instrument was put into service on August 23, 1969. The former Hervormde Kerk has been in use by the Gereformeerde Kerk and the Hervormde Gemeente since 1996 and has been called Ontmoetingskerk since 2006.
