De kerk van OLV Onbevlekt Ontvangen in Venlo is gebouwd in de jaren 1913-1914 in neogotische stijl. De kerk werd ontworpen door P.J.H. Cuypers. De van oorsprong spitse toren is na oorlogsschade in 1944 herbouwd met een lage dak. Verschueren bouwde een bestaand pneumatisch instrument uit 1920 om onder advies van dr. P.J. de Bruyn. Het oude orgel werd op 12 september 1920 gewijd. Het hernieuwde is in april 1955 is het in gebruik genomen.
