The organ contains older material: Organ case from ca. 1760 by Johannes Jacobus Moreau
Rond 1760 bouwde Johannes Jacobus Moreau dit orgel voor de Rooms-Katholieke Parochiekerk van Kralingen. Luitjen Jacob van Dam verplaatste het in 1842 en breidde het uit. Het werd in 1877 gekocht voor de Hervormde Kerk te Wilnis. J. de Koff plaatste in 1926 een geheel nieuw binnenwerk, maar hij behield de oude frontpijpen. Op 9 december 1926 werd dit orgel in gebruik genomen. In 1964 voegde De Koff een Mixtuur toe. Flentrop restaureerde het orgel in 1989 en plaatste een Cornet op het tweede manuaal.
