  • In 1956 Hendrik Jan Vierdag built a new organ for the Hervormde Kerk (Dutch Reformed Church) in Emmer-Compascuum, under consultancy of Lambert Erné. This church was inaugurated in 1934.
  • Very soon there were many problems with the instrument, especially as Vierdag had used a new slide system. The organ was reconstructed a number of years later. In 2003, the instrument was overhauled by Maarten Oranje and Jan de Bruijn.
