Johann Heinrich Köhnken (1819-1897) en Gallus Grimm (1827-1897) waren twee Duitse immigranten die rond 1860 een orgelbouwbedrijf startten in Cincinnati, Ohio. Het bedrijf bleef bestaan tot 1896, een jaar voor de dood van de beide firmanten. Zij bouwden voornamelijk kleinere orgels in het midden-westen van de Verenigde Staten.
