Pascoal Caetano Oldovino was an organ builder from Évora. He was born in Italy (named Pasquale Gaetane Oldovini) and worked from Genoa. He was called to Lisbon to build an organ for the Igreja de São Francisco in Évora. He then decided to settle permanently in Portugal. He built about thirty organs. He died on April 25, 1785.
