The Antonius van Padua Church in Lokeren was built in 1850-1852 according to a design by Jozef Stevens for the monastery of the Friars Minor. In 1886 a new facade was installed according to a design by Emile Van Hoecke-Peeters. An organ was installed around 1900 by the company Jos. Stevens. The monastery has not been present for many years, but the church is listed as a monument.
