- In 1852 Thomas Sylvester Walpen built a new organ for the abbey church of Kloster Frauenthal in Cham-Hagendorn. It was a two-manual organ with 24 registers, installed in two organ cases on either side of the window in the west facade of the church. Johann Andreas Otto expanded the organ in 1891 with a Salicet 8' on the Schwellwerk.
- A new pneumatic organ was built by Theodor Kuhn in 1922-1923 in the organ cases of Walpen. Consultants were father Ambros Schnyder and Dr. Felix von Saedt.
- The current organ was built in 1974-1975 by Walter Graf. The cases with prospect pipes by Walpen have been reused. The new organ has eighteen stops. It is completely mechanical, with a free-standing console between the organ cases. It was dedicated on April 12, 1975.
