Olof Hammarberg built a small organ for Västra Gerums Kyrka in 1929-1930. It had six stops, but three were transmissions. The organ was put into use on April 17, 1930. It stood on the gallery on the west side of the church. In 1992 the organ was replaced by a new organ from Smedsmans Orgelbyggeri, which was placed on the church floor.
