Setterquist built a new organ for Grevbäck's Kyrka in 1930. The instrument replaced Söderling's organ from 1871. In 1953, Setterquist moved the organ from the gallery to a location on the floor near the altar. The disposition has also been radically changed. In 2012, Bergenblad & Jonsson carried out a restoration. The organ has been placed back in the gallery. The organ has also been returned to its original state.
