In 1988-1989 Erwin Erni built an organ for the Catholic Pfarrkirche in Sankt Gallen-Riethüsli. The church building was decommissioned in 2019. From that year onwards, the parish started using the Reformierte Kirche in the district. The previous parish church was subsequently demolished. The organ was sold and transferred by Erwin Erni to the Wallfahrtskirche Heiligkreuz in Sankt Gallen in 2019.
