There is an old organ in the Sint Frederikuskerk in Vlierzele. The year 1643 is applied to the organ case. According to tradition, the instrument was originally built for St Bavo's Cathedral in Ghent. It was converted in the eighteenth century. In 1900, the Vereecken brothers carried out a renovation. Jean-Pierre Draps revised the instrument in 1971.
