In 1890 Carl Schuster built a new organ for Dorotea Kyrka with eight stops. This organ was lost in a church fire in 1932. After the construction of a new church, Åkerman & Lund built a new pneumatic organ with fifteen stops on two manuals and pedal. In 1968 the organ was rebuilt by Gustaf Hägstrom with mechanical action and slider chests. Many registers from 1934 have been reused.
