- Hele & Co. bouwde in 1892 een orgel voor Saint Fimbarrus' Church in Fowey. Het werd in 1905 uitgebreid door de firma Wadsworth & Co. Zij plaatsten een Voix Celeste en een Clarabella, die geschonken waren door William Hawkins, weduwnaar van Sarah Annie Hawkins (1873-1902). Hawkins was organist van de kerk tot zijn dood in september 1940.
- Het orgel is daarna nog omgebouwd door Hele & Co. in 1948 en gerestaureerd door Hele & Co. en Walker & Sons in 1972. In 2001 voerde Lance Foy een renovatie uit. Dezelfde bouwer verving in 2006 de Keraulophone van Great door een Mixture.
- Er is een lege knop op het pedaal, vermoedelijk voor een 16-voets tongwerk.
