- The first organ of the Église Sacré-Coeur in Mouscroun was built in 1878 by Émile and Alfred Neuville for the chapel of the Soeurs des Anges in Tourcoing. The Colleson firm from Wormhout manufactured the organ case in neo-Gothic style. In 1904 the monastery was closed. The organ was taken over by the Pères Barnabites in Mouscron. It was placed in their church, the Église Sacré-Coeur and was donated to the Fathers by Augustin Clarisse.
- In 1966, Georges Delmotte carried out a conversion. The action was electrified with a new console. The disposition has been changed and the pedal has been expanded with a number of unit registers. The organ functioned until 1993. In that year, Jean Bruggeman built a new organ for the church, placed on the church floor. A large number of registers from the old organ were used for this. The organ case with windchests remained in the church for several years. This was later sold to Spain, where Rico Sala would use the prospect for a new organ in Alicante. The church in Mouscron closed in 2019.
