In 1909 Casavant built an organ for the Église Saint-Germain in Saint-Germain-de-Kamouraska, Québec. After the closure of this church, the instrument was transferred in 2017 to the Église Saint-Fulgence in Durham-Sud. The previous organ of this church was a unit organ by Odilon Jacques from 1954 with three ranks.
